I can't be the only one that feels the hostility in the world right now.

Our external environments have become a breeding ground for arguments, criticism, and pain.

So this week, I think it's important to focus on how to deal with negativity.

It can be present in many places in your life, but for this episode, we're going to focus on

three specific areas, negative people, thoughts, and emotions.

Even though I'm going to break it down in separate categories, all of these things affect

one another.

Once disparity creeps into one area of your life, it can creep into all.

Let's start with negative people.

Life is a party, and there's always going to be a pooper.

Negative people can come in many forms.

They can be a silent buzzkill to your positive mood.

They can be vicious and attack you and your beliefs.

Or they can be subtle and use passive aggressive tactics to make you feel bad.

Whatever form they come in just know that everyone has to deal with them, and you're

not alone.

I remember experiencing those types of people in high school and college, but nothing compares

to the amount of negativity that exists on social media.

The more followers you have, the more haters you have.

So I've had to deal with a fair share of trolls in my day.
