This week we'll be covering the art of meditation, and there is no one better to indulge in

this topic with than my dear friend Vera.

For those of you who don't know, Vera is a yoga and meditation teacher, the co-creator

of Sweetheart Club, and my best friend.

I personally am very familiar with meditation.

I make it a point to give myself a mindful moment as often as I may need one.

Some mornings I spend 10 minutes on my floor sitting in silence and observing my body,

and other times I'll pull over in a parking lot if I'm stressed out while I'm driving.

Meditation is a tool that anyone can use.

I'm honored to be able to have Vera on to lead us through this conversation.

In the first half of this episode, Vera is going to break down meditation for everyone,

and in the second half of this episode, we will actually be guiding you through two different

styles of meditation.

I know a lot of listeners come to this podcast for information, but today I think it's important

to focus on the art of receiving from the universe, and learning how to listen from the

knowledge that comes from within.
