appreciated so what we're going to do today is take a look at our assessments of the league's

organizations where no way we're going to get through all 30 of them today.

So we're going to start from the top and probably do the bad teams,

which we know all of you are much more interested in next week.

So, John, where I want to start, though, is what are the criteria that you're looking at

to assess how good these organizations are. And to be clear,

that means not just ownership. It's basically everything in management, front office, medical

staff, et cetera, except the coach is what we're doing here. So what criteria are you looking at

that really stand out to you?

Well, you know, as I evaluated made my list, I look at a couple things.

Stability, extent of track record.

There's some organizations that have done some good stuff but just haven't been together that long and it was hard for me to rate them super high because of that.

Winning, certainly.

I mean, that's the thing that matters.

But here's the context I looked at it in.

Getting a team from rebuild to decent is one thing.

And the league is sort of stacked in favor of you being able to do that.
