Yes, we are starting a little bit late tonight, but we did have the shocking, bewildering, head scratching, Portland Trailblazers deal with the Boston Celtics. What are you doing, Portland? I hope that question is answered at some point in that something else to

this deal comes through because it makes no sense for the Blazers and what a steal for the Celtics.

We're going to talk a little bit about that. We'll talk about some Lakers news that did just come out

earlier this evening. It was easy to miss. So we'll talk about it here. We'll talk about the

Lakers off season. LeBron James back

out on the court as well. A lot of things to get into. So thank you for all you joining me tonight.

Again, apologies. I know we're a little bit later than usual, but was digging into that

Blazers Celtics trade. Wow. I mean, look, expect the unexpected in the NBA. And by no means am I trying to say that

that was on the level of like the Luca deal or anything like that. But good Lord, Portland.

I hope there's something else coming there for the Blazers. Yikes. Blazers got fleeced

in a big way by the Boston Celtics.

Unbelievable.

Now, let's start with a little bit of Lakers news here.

So Mark Stein earlier today, tonight, reported that the Lakers,

their interest in John Collins is not accurate. And that makes a ton of sense to me.

The reported interest in John Collins didn't make sense to begin with. This was Mark

Stein on his wonderful substack, said, finding a frontline center remains a clear offseason

priority for the Lakers, clearly, who have maintained a longstanding interest in Walker

Kessler. The jazz, though, have made Kessler unavailable for some time,

which might have contributed to reports last week that suggested L.A. has interest
