What have you learned since like COVID that has changed the way you view the world and the way you lead?

Good question, a lot of transformation, I think, for a lot of people since COVID, for people for businesses, for industries, you know, around the world.

But for me, as like you, as a founder, as an entrepreneur, as a CEO, COVID obviously rocked our world a little bit.

A transform a business, you've got to transform yourself.

You're living with more intentionality and integrity.

In my book's during the world, I talk about three foundational commitments.

Yeah.

Courage, trust, and respect.

How do you develop trust in your organization?

Being in a position that we are to work with all these organizations on this exact thing,

is building higher trust organizations, becoming more efficient and driving operational excellence.

It all comes down to sound people practices and building high trust organizations.
