0:50.4	thanks for joining. So first question or first, yeah, first question for yourself is can you give yourself an elevator
0:58.6	pitch and describe the business as to where it is in the world and what's like?
1:04.5	Yeah, the average 52, as you say, it's a B&B, it's only small.
1:09.0	We've got three bedrooms.
1:11.0	We're based in a film, it's called Weverham, which is in Cheshire in the northwest of England.
1:16.4	We've been open 10 years this year, so at the end of the year, I think we opened in November so it would be 10 years so 10 years
1:26.5	of my life really before that I was I was in hospitality for 20-odd years in hotel, so it's not anything new for me.
1:35.0	So yeah.

1:37.0	I mean, first of all, congratulations.
1:38.0	10 years in your own business is amazing.
1:41.0	They say many own businesses don't get to five years, you know, something like 2% only get to five years, so to do 10 years in your own business is amazing.
1:49.0	And I've got to see it grow over what I've kind of known you in the Boostley Academy for I've been around there in about four years
