Summary

There comes a point where the version of you who built your current success is no longer the version who will lead your next evolution. Today, I break down the challenges of navigating "the gap" when there's so much more at stake, and what makes it especially difficult to upgrade, change course, or pivot at this level. I talk about the 4 major signs you're being called to expand in bigger ways, what's required of us to let go of in order to evolve, and how to ground yourself when you're in the middle of shedding old identities. Somewhere deep inside there's a quiet knowing that something bigger is coming. You might not have proof yet, but you can feel your life rearranging itself around something profound, now is the time to lean into it, take action, and trust the process.

Expansion happens in connection, but we often use our success as the excuse and the reason not to build it

0:09.3

because we don't want to be vulnerable. We want to remain in control. We're used to being the one

0:14.7

that everyone else comes to. So when we are the one that needs something, it feels often the most

0:20.5

vulnerable of all.

0:22.9

And I truly believe that if we don't cultivate and nurture those type of relationships,

0:29.9

we are limiting our growth. We're limiting our capacity and we're ultimately limiting our impact.

0:42.8

There comes this point in every single growth journey where the version of you who built your

0:53.1

current success is no longer the version of you who built your current success is no longer

0:56.1

the version of you who's going to lead your next chapter. And today I want to talk about

1:04.4

a unique point in the growth journey, specifically for entrepreneurs, for ambitious women women who've had a lot of success,

1:14.2

why it actually feels more challenging to navigate a gap when there's more at stake,

1:22.8

when you've already been successful. And why success can often make that gap between who you were

1:30.3

and the person you're meant to become harder to navigate. And the weird thing is, you know,

1:37.3

this moment of growth where you start to realize the person who built your current success

1:43.5

is no longer going to be the person who built your current success is no longer going to be

1:45.5

the person who's going to lead your next evolution often arrives for a lot of women in

1:53.4

my network, women I've worked with in our masterminds or expanders retreat.

1:59.6

It's this moment that a lot of people don't talk about publicly

2:03.7

because they feel this sense that they should be grateful for the success they've already had

2:09.5

and they are grateful. But it's like they've created a life and a business that they once dreamed

2:16.3

about. From the the outside it looks

2:17.6

really successful, but internally something has shifted. You start to feel another version of
