I'm just going to sit here and listen to some good news. So David, give us our first piece of good

news. Well, the first piece of good news deals with some funding that Congress has done

over the last several years, years and years and years, they never get the budgets done. And they

haven't done a budget in Congress, even though they're required to by law, they don't get a

budget done, haven't done in probably 20 years. That's good news. But do you need a budget if you're

spending somebody else's money and it's like an unlimited

amount of money?
