in, I'll talk about conflict a little bit.

I'm reminded that our ideas can be in conflict without us being in conflict.

And we are in a world so often where we disagree when our ideas in conflict sometimes

that automatically puts people in conflict with each other.

And I push you to think about scenarios where like you can have ideas that are completely

opposite with some people that you can press each other in ideas.

You can help people see the world differently and invite people to challenge you to see

the world differently as well without you necessarily being in conflict with them.

That said, let's jump in.
