month and how what if they want to spend 5 to 10k?

I guess it's just based on how many deals they've done and what they want to do.

Because I wouldn't suggest just blowing your whole budget the first month because you

like I said you want to test a little few different avenues so I would go like

texting and cold call I mean you can hire a VA for 120 bucks a week you know and

then your texting platforms 1500 bucks data I mean you get a good list for 3 to 500 bucks. So I would just

stuck with that and try that for, you know, at least 30 to 60 days to let that

marinate and see how it goes. And then, you know, once you get some deals, you get some

more capital, then you can go into the bigger stuff like you want to start mailing because mailing is obviously expensive or PBC is obviously huge right now.

It gets pricey too but like you want to make sure you build that foundation first and then start going up because you

don't want to like I said if you have 10 K if you blow it all the first month and say you

get no deals and you're out for the next month exactly yeah but I guess like if

someone's spending money on marketing like what kind of

returns should they be looking for so we look for a four X return on everything

got it so if we've if we spend 10,000 we should make 40. Mm.

And then like is that usually within 30 days?

Is that spread out over the first 90 days?
