| 0:32.9 | This is Lone Elm with the song, Okay, Now What, which I thought kind of captured the mood for our podcast today. |
| 0:34.8 | I think it nicely conveys the kind of shimmering anxiety one feels |
| 0:40.4 | when you've realized that you may have made a wrong turn along the way and aren't entirely |
| 0:46.6 | sure what to do next. And that's what we're talking about today. I am so excited for today's |

| 2:07.4 | And so this can all be a very uncomfortable experience, but also ultimately a very positive one, |
| 2:14.6 | because it opens the door for some really meaningful self-reflection |
| 2:18.9 | that generates a lot of positive change. And so if any of this is sounding familiar to you, |
| 2:26.0 | I am so glad that you're here with us today. We're talking about how you can use this crisis |
| 2:32.0 | as a springboard for growth and come out of it to be more clear, |
