But starting with Daimler trucks,

they have embarked on a new partnership with Weymo,

which of course we know is the self-driving tech

And the two companies are planning to jointly develop and

deploy autonomous Big Ricks. They announced this tie up last Tuesday morning and

really it connects one of the world's largest trucking companies with a

front runner in the self-driving realm. This deal didn't involve a Daimler

investment into Waimo and you know of course we know this isn't Daimler's into Weymo. And, you know, of course, we know this isn't Daimler's first

foray into self-driving truck technology.

They also have some work ongoing with Torque robotics,
