1:15.0	very long time ago. Yeah, it was 2015, 2016, something like that. I was I was
1:22.7	committed to starting this podcast. I was so excited to start in my my first
1:28.5	episode was supposed to be two days after I had broken my feet and it got delayed
1:37.8	and then I was so committed to still doing the show and so excited about it.
1:43.6	That in my travels I would have to have my guests come down to my car and
1:50.0	wheel all of my equipment for me as I crouched into the office and I just
1:56.3	remember having a really terrific conversation. I think we even touched on at
