1:11.7	We often get very disconnected from nature, disconnected from the earth of which we're
1:16.6	apart, from the sky, the air, the sun, the waters, the minerals of the earth, everything

1:27.2	So this meditation will help us to connect to nature and to be nourished by the qualities

1:36.7	It wakes up the natural intelligence in our own body.
1:43.8	As in all of our meditations, thoughts are not a problem.
1:48.1	If thoughts are going on during the meditation, it doesn't matter.
1:52.3	If your mind has wandered, just easily bring it back to the meditation.
1:57.0	Where there may be thoughts going on at the same time as the meditation.
2:01.4	That's fine, it doesn't matter.
2:05.8	In this meditation, when I ask you to bring some aspect of nature to your awareness, just
2:11.4	allow that to come any way it comes.
