0:14.4	After being shot in downtown Washington, D.C. today, not far from the White House. Authorities say the
0:20.2	shooting appears to have been targeted.
0:21.9	At approximately 2.15 this afternoon, members of the DC National Guard were on high
0:27.3	visibility patrols in the area of 17th and I Street Northwest. When a suspect came around the corner,
0:33.5	raised his arm with a firearm and discharged at the National Guard members.
