brands of the last decade, Cool House.

Over the past 10 years, Cool House has grown from one engineless ice cream truck, more on

that later, to an edible empire, with three brick and mortar shops and availability in

over 6,000 stores nationwide.

But of course, this was not Natasha's first line of business.

She actually started out in architecture, not ice cream.

The story of how she pivoted from building actual buildings to creating her ice cream dream

career is the delicious one, and I am so excited to have her on the show today.

So you went to both undergrad and grad school for architecture.

Did you always think that was the path that you wanted to follow?

I think I was always intrigued by architecture.

My dad's actually an architect.

My mom's an animator.
