I know I've said it many times before, but it really doesn't matter whether you're a sprinter, a marathoner, a part runner, or a round-the-block

plodder. The fact that you're outrunning means that you are a runner and you obviously have your

reasons for getting out there, whether it's for fun, for fitness, for improved physique or maybe just

for timeout. We all have our reasons to run. Now here today to tell me her reason to run is someone, well, I've known her for a while actually.

She's an actress.

You'll know her from shows like The Royal and Emmerdale.

She's an all singing, all dancing girl too.

She's done musicals and theatre.

And then again, you'll have seen her presenting on the telly.
