But anyways, today today I wanted to just do like a very

casual solo episode and talk about healthy habits that I'm bringing into the rest of the year

because I feel like the year in my mind is split up into three pieces.

I know that there's four seasons, but I don't really view spring as like a relevant season,

which is sad because that's when my birthday is in the spring, but I view spring as like the first half. I kind of split spring in half where like the first half of spring I just view it as like the beginning of the year like it

lumps into the new year new resolutions goals all of that stuff second half of

spring I view into like summer where it's like we're gearing up for summer and things are happening.

My birthday is in that second half so I think I view it as a more like exciting summer is almost
