In today's episode I'm doing a little solo episode and me along with everyone else saw the Barbie movie this past weekend.

I saw it on opening weekend with a bunch of my girlfriends and it was honestly so good and there's a lot of mixed reviews that I've seen about it before I watched the movie I wasn't sure if I would like it I wasn't sure if I would like it. I wasn't sure based on what some people were saying.

And once I saw it, I just realized like, of course there's going to be mixed reviews on this

because it's a movie that primarily targets women

and is specifically made for women.

And so of course there's going to be people that don't like it.

And so it just got me thinking after I watched it, I wasn't that

like emotional or anything like that, but it definitely made me think and it made me think of a topic that I've just been wanting to talk about on this

podcast and I've talked about it before where in one of my intros when I

mentioned that if you're someone that like adamantly hates Taylor Swift

let's say or is like oh my God she's not talented she

sucks I don't get my people like her it says a lot about how you feel about

women and I feel very strongly about that and I was going to do like a whole episode specifically on that but instead I decided

I'm just going to wrap it up and make an episode all about just the experience of being a woman and this is not a topic that I talk about that much on my

podcast it's not something that I am you know always wanting to shove in people's faces, but I think I feel very strongly about this and I think that I do have I have mainly female audience
