We want to give a very warm welcome to our guest on this episode, Nastia Liukin. Nastia is, of course, an Olympic gymnastics all-around gold medalist, a television commentator, a top competitor on Dancing With The Stars, and the author of the book, Finding My Shine, which is her autobiography. Nastia’s passion these days lies in inspiring others. She's created an app, Grander, which enables young girls to be mentored by their biggest role models. In our conversation with Nastia, we discuss the path from being a little girl in the gym to winning gold at the Olympics, the impact of that on her life, the most defining moment of her career (it's not what you'd think it would be!), her thoughts on body shaming, and how she has overcome self-doubt. Nastia is a true inspiration and this is definitely a must-listen interview! You can learn more about her on her website at http://nastialiukin.com.
