Stock markets reach new records. I'm Henry Epp with a marketplace minute.

U.S. stock index is all closed higher today. The Dow Jones Industrial

average was up nearly half a percent. The S&P 500 hit a new record climbing about

three quarters percent. The NASDAQ rose nearly a full percent also to a record

high. U.S. regulators say Adobe makes it hard to cancel subscriptions and hides large cancellation fees.

The Justice Department is suing the maker of Photoshop and other popular software.

Adobe says its terms are transparent and will fight the measure in court.

China is launching an anti-dumping investigation into imports of European pork.

The move follows a hike in tariffs on Chinese cars by European regulators. China's investigation could

particularly impact companies in Spain, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

Union workers at a plant that makes electric vehicle batteries for GM voted to ratify a new contract.

Altium employees at a plant in Lordstown, Ohio will get a 30% pay raise over three years

and a ratification bonus.
