| 1:35.8 | The idea is that by raising the price of cokeleif the price of cocaine will go up and so people |
| 1:39.7 | will consume less of it in the United States and in Europe and other consumer countries. |
| 1:44.4 | But when you look at the economics of the business, it's fairly clear that that's not |
| 1:48.0 | going to happen. The cost of all the leaf that you need to make a kilo of |
| 1:52.3 | cocaine is about four $400 in Colombia. |
