There is a lot of talk recently about narcissism, and it comes from everywhere, whether you're in a

narcissistic relationship, narcissistic parents, narcissistic, you know, colleagues, coworkers, bosses.

It seems to be everywhere that we look on the internet.

But most commonly, I think it is the narcissistic parent that was in our life that creates havoc on every bit and creeps in and finds us often later in life, wrecking personal

relationships, professional relationships, romantic relationships, causing havoc even with your own children.

So what do you do when you're dealing with that parent?

And what happens when that parent is actually incarcerated and doesn't even have access to you. Does it get more complicated?

Testimony continued today in the most notorious criminal trial. When I was 12 years old,

my testimony sent my father to prison for murdering my mother. I decided at an early age that our trauma should not be what defines us.
