Good morning world. Good yontif. I slept 10 and a half hours last night. I feel like a new woman.

I can feel all the new mothers at home sleep deprived organizing a march in my demise as I say that

so vivaciously. I've had quite a week. I have been on the fritz. I have been on the brink.

I have been short circuiting. I have a perpetual ring in my left ear. I'm not sure what that means.

It's like a it's like a metronome like a high pitched broken metronome. I don't know if that

makes me August rush or I'm having a stroke or I have a brain tumor. I don't really know what it

means, but I'm leaning in and riding that fucking wave. I have some news to report.

Your bitch is in escrow. If you listen to this podcast, you know my long-winded tone deaf saga of

trying to buy my dead mother's childhood home. And honestly, I've kind of leaned into the sentiment

just to to to de-tor criticism because it's all a bit obnoxious. It's the rhythm of my dance floor

and I'm dealing with it. I'm looking inward. I get it. I know. We don't need to go there.

On paper, this real estate saga is like a Nancy Myers movie. You know, it's a young couple gets

dead moms, childhood home, plants an herb garden, you know, put plants a willow tree in her

fucking honor in the back and like, you know, rides off into the sunset. Okay. There she goes.

Six pence none the richer. And true Jackie Shmoffation. This real estate journey has been filled with

bodily fluids, including projectile vomit in Camarillo, a restoration hardware outlet trip,

lots of tears, borderline bankruptcy, and Andrew golfing in Costa Rica for also just a little tidbit.

I went back this morning because I'm a psychopath and I wanted to see how many guests I've had in

the past year because I brag off and then I'm a solo podcaster and I just wanted to make sure

that the metrics worked out because I'm a numbers person. And I've had five guests in the past

year, five. So I'm doing over 90% of these episodes by myself. And I would just like to take pause
