Summary

Functional medicine is a proactive approach to a healthier lifestyle, as opposed to the conventional one that focuses more on reacting to the symptoms than preventing them from happening.


Now, given the global pandemic, we have the opportunity to take a closer look at our habits around eating, sleeping, and exercising, and improve on the areas that we’ve been ignoring in the past. That’s why I brought back Nancy Guberti, and today she shares important pieces of information and advice around the actions we should take to improve our overall health. She also talks about the insights she got from treating COVID-19 patients, stressing the importance of having a strong immune system, and suggesting ways in which we can give it a boost.


Nancy Guberti is a functional medicine practitioner, nutritionist, healthy lifestyle coach, author motivational speaker, and she is very passionate to empower others to become their own health advocates.
