0:19.3	tense. It was explosive. And at times it was deeply emotional. And there was
0:23.9	a character right out of central casting who may just have nailed Diddy's coffin shut today.

0:38.1	but make no mistake, what he said under oath was like a dagger in Diddy's side. And before I
0:45.3	launch into the one of the most difficult and painful and frustrating and angering, you know,
0:52.2	days of testimony, I want to tell you this. I've heard a lot of people say, I don't get it. Why is this a RICO case? Why isn't it like assault? Because I'm hearing all about this beatings and all the rest. But RICO, isn't that what mobsters, you know, went down for? And you are right. And so I started thinking like, I should probably talk to a couple of like former mobsters.

1:18.3	and asked them whether they think this is the appropriate set of charges for Diddy.
1:24.1	Because I mean, this is a whole different kind of case, right? And so I was totally
1:29.3	shocked at the answers that I got. And a little later on in this episode, I'm going to play
1:34.1	you the interview that I did with these two former mobsters who were convicted and jailed
1:39.9	for Rico. And oh my God, what they said about diddy beating up cassie because we know that right
1:49.2	he confirmed it he admitted to it on tape that was him doing it in the hotel hallway video
