Thanks and enjoy. Your latest cookbook, Nadia Bakes, includes a recipe for this really old

English dessert called Syllabub. It dates back to the 1500s. It's just cream, sugar, and some

kind of citrus. But it's not something you see that much of today.

Why did you want to include it? I look for things I absolutely love. And Silibab is one of those.

You know, it's a really simple, sweet, tart, delicious dessert. And there's something magical that

happens where the citrus, the lemon juice hits the hot cream and the hot sugar, where it instantly starts to thicken.

And there's a lot of sugar and there's a lot of cream.

And I'm not about the kind of less is more.
