Today's guest, Scott Harrison, the founder and CEO of Charity Water, provides insight on the realities and accessibility of clean water around the world and the impacts the lack of it has on our health and education. After a decade of indulging his darkest vices as a nightclub promoter, Scott declared

spiritual, moral, and emotional bankruptcy. He then spent two years on a hospital ship

off the coast of Liberia. He saw the effects of dirty water firsthand and came back to New

Lake City on a mission. Upon returning to New York City in 2006, having seen the effects

of dirty water firsthand, he turned his full attention to the global water crisis. And

the then 1.1 billion people living without access to clean water. He established a small

core team and a tiny, man-hound apartment and created what you probably already know
