here we are once again with a solo podcast and absolutely no introduction whatsoever it is me your girl

We have so much to talk about.

I'm hitting you up with another solo episode because while I did tell you I was getting my shit together, we are just not quite there yet, people.

And I've got episodes to release and they're coming

soon i just you know adulting is you know just real hard as a 34 year old lady these days i uh i've had

some notes written down for a long time so sometimes i look at them ahead of time and I'm just kind of like what the fuck were you thinking back then I've tried to write more these days so I wrote down that I needed to tell y'all that I am adulting officially and cooking for myself So I felt compelled to tell you that I'm getting my shit together ever so slightly as it goes.

One of my love languages is cooking.

I'm an old Italian woman at heart.

I got to give you a lesson in Italian culture. I think I've said this

once before, perhaps. I don't know. But it really applies to any woman, any individual, but

especially a woman, especially an Italian woman, if she's cooking for you. So if you guys were at my

house and I made a dinner for you and you told me you liked it,

like maybe once or twice, like I would think that you hated it. So always tell like the woman

that you're around how much you like it like over and over and over again. And then it actually,

we might actually believe it at the end of the day because then we've like slaved over

the hot stove all day long don't give me wrong we love it like it's a part of us but then you

don't even eat what you cook at the end of the day so always tell the woman that's cooking for you

that you love her food like 10 times and be you you know, earnest and appreciative and loving each time.

That's just a little advice from my grandmother, from my nana, from me to you.

But I just felt so proud to tell you that even though there's something I love doing, I won't do it for myself.
