You reached inside for Him, past the thoughts. Past your solutions, your desire to explain yourself, past your desire to fight. You were still unaware of Ephesians 6:12. You were still unaware that they had interviewed a friend of the office. A writer. A contributor. A creator. That was no stranger in an inbox who had submitted their responses for editing.
