Summary

Episode 92: In today’s episode, I’m breaking down popular wellness statements and sharing whether I agree or think they’re totally overhyped.  I’m giving my honest, no-BS opinions on the things we hear all the time in the wellness world. We talk about my opinion on birth control, juice cleanses, bathroom schedules, and everything in between.

Some takes might surprise you, some you’ll definitely relate to — either way, we’re separating the helpful from the hype. Keep in mind these are simply just my opinions :) Always do what works best for your body! xo
