| 0:50.8 | getting back from trips. So I thought this would be a great time with spring break coming |
| 0:54.8 | up and people traveling like crazy right now. Just to go over what I would call my travel rules, |
| 1:01.4 | these are very much things. I have six of them that I listed out that I follow when I travel now. |
| 1:07.5 | And when I say I used to be the person that would go on vacation and I would come back |
| 1:12.6 | and the scale would always be up at least five pounds at least I would get so frustrated and a lot of |
| 1:19.7 | what I'm going to talk about today is so that we avoid that but two to also understand why that |
| 1:25.5 | happens so without further ado we are just going to dive right in. |
| 1:30.7 | So the first one is I have two intentional meals per day. So I'll eat three meals per day, |
| 1:36.7 | breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But two of those meals are very intentional with meaning that they |
| 1:42.8 | are protein focused. They have fiber, they are very similar structure |
| 1:47.7 | and types of foods that I would eat at my house. Again, that's typically breakfast and lunch. I will |
| 1:52.5 | eat like that, especially if I'm on a vacation where I'm going to be in a bikini and like |
| 1:56.9 | we're out in the sun during the day. I don't want like super heavy meals where I feel bloated or tired or just puffy after I eat. |
