Hello I'm Lexi Lambard, your host of the at Lexi Podcast and if you are a frequent

listener do I sound better right now?

Because I'm using a professional podcast microphone.

I have headphones, I have a mixer, and I'm recording

in the studio.

It is about time.

This podcast is a year and eight months old.

And you know what, I love the casualness of being in my room and recording with my phone,

sitting on a pillow, and you you getting to hear the helicopters and the

New York City traffic but come on the charm is wearing off for me I would like to

upgrade it's also back to school season and I feel the need to expand.

I feel the need to make a move because in the past I would end a school year and then I would take the summer to do

different activities maybe travel somewhere rest relax and then come back ready for action.

And even though I'm not in the school system anymore,

I do feel summer coming to an end

and I'm ready for action.

And what that looks like for me is recording in a

podcast studio. This is exciting for me but I am a little bit nervous. I know that this

is going to be so silly listening on the other side you're like you're nervous to be in a studio it's like yeah because there's

professional sitting outside this room and I'm not at my house I drove an hour to get here

yeah I'm in Venice right now.

Took the drive from Silver Lake to Venice, which Venice is so not what I think it is.
