Hello. I thought I would record a solo podcast in which I would talk about an experience

I had recently that I touched on in a conversation and recorded with my wife, but I haven't

addressed fully here on my podcast. I have on my YouTube, but not here, because I tend to

save the more, shall we say, out there content, really out there for my YouTube channel.

So I'm going to share it here. In a nutshell, I had recently, about six weeks ago now, a what's known as a Ken Show, a Sartori, a spiritual

awakening, a direct seeing of the true nature of reality, which is that separation is an illusion.

I knew that before, but this is a direct experience of it.

This is the cosmic joke. It's all the universe playing hide and seek with itself.

We are the universe. I am the universe. You are the universe. And when you see that, of course,

it's both scary and hilarious at the same time.

Now, I'm going to come to my experience, but I want to kind of go back a bit and chart my

journey to this point briefly in this podcast that I've got, I've not planned at all,

because lots of you know non-duality is something

I'm very interested in not just interested in it is the nature of things but I want to sort of

explain how I got to this point I'm not going to go like right the way back because that's really the truth of things,

but I'm going to go back about 13 years. So, you know, I was driven by suffering because I had,

I was sensitive, but at the same time, outgoing. And there was this internal wrestle going on

for a lot of time. And I just wanted to feel better. And so that's how my quest started out,

just this desire to feel better. And really waking up of any kind, invariably starts with suffering.

And that's why suffering can be a gift.

It's not always a gift.

Obviously can destroy people, but suffering absolutely can be a gift.
