I have to tell y'all I am actually kind of nervous for this piecast because I'm really just

interviewing myself which is so weird. I guess I'm not interviewing myself. I'm just talking.

But I'm so used to interviewing someone else and the pressure is not on me but this is all on me

and so I was kind of nervous last night thinking about this and I was like Christian,

go over with me what I want to say, what points I want to get across you know.

Because today I'm going to be talking about my postpartum journey and I really want this to be

not only you know just me sharing my story but I hope it's actually inspiring to you in your own

journey no matter if it's postpartum or just something else hard that you're walking through.

Some of my advice that I'll put out from my own experience could hopefully help you
