0:00.0	Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Date Yourself instead. Today I got a very late start to the morning. I forgot I booked a session at 8.30 a.m. in New York City. I have a podcast studio here in Soho and I've
0:17.5	been recording here for the last year and a half. Pretty much most of my episodes have

0:25.0	chilling in my apartment basically on my computer having my coffee and suddenly
