Hello my friend.

0:11.0

Today I'm sharing with you my current inspirational mix. Now this does change and it doesn't change. I have old favorites who I have loved for, gosh, decades now and I also have kind of new

0:30.8

flavors, new teachers, new modes, modalities that I'm trying, that I'm also loving that I'm sharing

0:39.5

today. And probably, if I had to say that I get maybe top three most asked questions, people do love to ask me who I love and consume, to remain inspired, motivated, who my favorite

0:57.4

authors, spiritual teachers, go-tus are for me to manage my own mind and for me to remain on top of my game and to always remain focused and just

really conscious of managing where my thoughts are going or beliefs I'm creating

1:11.8

and allowing myself to constantly be able to up-level however I define that at the time

1:57.3

and allows me to be steady even when life goes wrong and it does go wrong.

2:01.5

Right? I mean of course I always love to

2:04.8

reframe my failures, reframe my mistakes, attach a very healthy meaning to

2:10.5

when life in inverted fact it goes wrong but you know just like anybody else

2:16.1

this is such a practice for me I would say even more important than the

2:22.0

resources I'm going to share with you today themselves, the thing that I always, you know, the thing that I can always credit my own attitude to and what I can really give credit to my ability to be consistent is the fact that

2:41.0

I consume self-help material in various forms every single day.

2:46.5

Now, there are days that I don't, right?

2:49.3

It's very occasional, maybe if I'm really tired, maybe if it's a Sunday, and I'm having a total

2:53.7

chill day, not really consuming anything, there'll be some exceptions. But overall,
