Oh, why does the present suck?

Because Taylor Swift ruined Tiny Desk concerts.

I don't know if I want to say that she ruined Tiny Desk concerts, but she had a bad one.

I'm not going to feel the same way watching Tiny Desk concerts ever again.

And I was super excited for Taylor Swift to do a Tiny Desk concert.

Why?

Because I find it noble that Taylor Swift, of her own doing, and because she's so great, has, like, ascended into this area

where nobody else exists. And the only way that people are on, are in the Taylor Swift world

is if she, like, brings them along for a photo shoot or invites them on tour. And that, that's

how, like, you get any sort of Taylor Swift level Taylor Swift squad

whatever you've got all these bands you got indie bands you got major label bands you got

headliners you got openers all these things and Taylor Swift is just so separate from all that

because she's like she's like Lord forgive me this is absolutely incorrect but like she's she's like, she's like, Lord, forgive me, this is absolutely incorrect,

but like she's like Obama. She's just like, she's like this different stratosphere of human,

you know, where, where they're just seen in this totally different level than anybody else.

And it's not because Taylor Swift's better than any of these people or whatever.

But Taylor Swift is like this insanely popular, insanely huge.

Like even if she doesn't do something great, it's just going to get consumed.

And I feel that pretty much every other artist can't relate to that.
