Hi, Dr Laura, I'm kind of a new listener.

I've only been listening to you about a month

and to me, I feel that you're like a no nonsense

I person getting advice so my question is I have two nieces

and I go in with their mother my sister-in-law for Christmas, like $500.

Each family gets like a $500 gift card to, you know, as do something for the family.

Well, the one niece, she'll give me back,

you know, at Christmas time, a card,

and, you know, something from the kids or whatever.

And the other one, I don't get any

recognition at all and it just bothers me so I just gonna know what I should do
