Give yourself a nice, big stretch to release any tension in your muscles. Notice how each part of your body feels,

from your toes all the way up to your head and give any areas that need it an extra squeeze and release to help them relax.

Take a nice, deep breath in, hold it a moment, and then exhale, breathing away any remaining thoughts cluttering your mind we'll do

that once more inhale and exhale.

Beautiful.

You can repeat this as many times as you need to.

Bertie was feeling on top of the world, having put Jeeves in his place the day before over a disagreement about a hat Bertie had wanted to buy.

He was in the bathroom when Jeeves knocked on the door to announce a Lady Malvern was

waiting for him in the drawing room with what appeared to be her son.

Bertie was astonished to have guests before breakfast, but readied himself and put on the

heather suit that Jeeves had chosen. Bertie selected a pink tie and Jeeves voiced his opinion that the tie

wasn't suitable, but not wanting to ruin the progress of the previous day, Bertie stuck to his

guns. Lady Malvern was a friend of his aunt Agatha and was in America for a month to write a sequel to her book,

India and the Indians, about the United States.
