Think about where you notice the breath the most.

Is it as it enters your nose, the cooler air coming in, and the slightly warmer air sweeping out?

Or maybe like me it's in the rise and fall of your chest.

Perhaps it's as your belly expands and contracts while you breathe in and out.

Wherever you feel it the most, rest your attention there,

and each time your mind wanders, just bring it back to this place,

while I recap our last episode.
