When I'm running from one thing to the next, my wife calls it business mode. It is

really hard to take a phone call from her because she wants to talk or it's

really hard for me to slow down and pay attention to what she wants or for me

to communicate something because I'm in top line level move. Go. I just have

to slow down because that business can really be toxic for our communication.

can I just say you're kind of the poster child for what we're talking about

here because you're still mom and a daughter who's in the home just got done not

too long ago with a wedding for one of your kids. You are in a PhD program. You
