tell you, I mean, restrictions are great. Monitoring is good. Random phone checks are good.

All that stuff is so great. Do them all. They're all tools in your tool belt. But that

key is the relationship with your kid. If you've been walking along with us this

fall, you know, we've done a tech series. I've had my friend, Dr. Kelly, James,

and come on and just talk about how all parents handle this differently and to

provide that grace to one another. Also, Chris McKenna came on talking about

braving the landscape and he holds our hand. He is in the know on all things that

spaces emotionally and spiritually. And so he's a great connection. Then Joey

Odom, he came on to talk about us having healthy relationships with our

devices, us as parents. And as we navigate our kids getting devices. And what

does that look like? And not to have this burden of addiction, but to recognize

we have agency over these devices. Today, I wanted to cover a topic I get asked

a lot about, which is related to unfortunately, I do. But it's the reality
