I'm 11. Him welcome to the program. Hi, thank you so much for your time. Um, I just got suddenly very hot and nervous. None of us is fun. Um, okay.

0:23.0

Um, so the reason I'm calling is about my 11 year old daughter. Um, she is, um, she's very kind. Um, she's my little hippie. She's all piece of love and happiness. She's very tenderhearted.

0:41.0

Um, and I feel like I guess maybe that might be part of this problem. But what I wondered if you could help me with a little bit is, um, she takes it incredibly hard.

0:53.0

If she thinks that her dad or I are disappointed in her.

1:01.0

Give me an example because I don't you use the words if she thinks. How do we know what she's thinking? So, um, help me out here. Give me an example. Would that help?

1:15.0

Sure. A couple of them would help better.

1:19.0

Um, the other is she's 11. She's currently, um, uh,

1:25.0

Sign navigating, um, you know, being at home by herself for a short amount of time or, um, getting off the bus by herself and that kind of stuff. And so she had her own house key.

1:39.0

Um, and she's not a kid that loses things. Um, she never has been, but low and behold, she happened to misplace this house key the other day.

1:50.0

And, um,

1:53.0

So I was kind of, can you, can you back up a little bit? How is it she's coming home and nobody's there?

2:00.0

Um, she, because I work until about 20 minutes after she gets off the bus.

2:08.0

I see. So she's about an hour.

2:13.0

Yeah. Well, probably less than that. Maybe, um, half an hour. Um, so she misplaced this key. I was helping her look for it.

2:25.0

And she looks, I don't understand. Is a key on a key chain. Is it attached to something?

2:31.0

Yeah. Where is the key has like a lanyard on it and she had it in her backpack.

2:40.0

So attached to the backpack, a lanyard went through some mechanism in the backpack to keep it secure there.

2:48.0

Um, she just had it in like a zippered pouch of the backpack.

2:56.0

Okay. So that, that was the last place she saw it. Um, but we couldn't find it. So we were clearly not, clearly, it's not the last place she saw it.

3:08.0

Right, which turns out, yes, it ended up in a different bag. Um, that she had been playing with, you know, later in the day and she put her key in the bag for, I don't know why.

3:24.0

I don't understand what kind of bag was that in addition to a backpack?
