I'm gonna try and just get through this episode

in one sitting, because it is 125 and I got to get my kids at

315 and let's face it after school on Fridays when it's nice weather like it is

today it's gorgeous out it's like 70 overcast but that's fine

I love everybody around here is like we're expecting a cold snap this weekend I'm I'm like

cold snap when I think of a cold snap I think of like 25 degrees. No, the cult snap they're talking about is 52. I'm from Connecticut 52 is balmy most of the time when it's beautiful weather like this after school

especially on a Friday me and the moms take the kids to the

playground and we let the kids get out more energy you know what I mean the goal

here is to exhaust them so tonight they're not up till 1130, which for Ainsley is no big deal.

Long story is short.

Ainsley was recently diagnosed with ADHD.

Fantastic.

Well, I'm finding out now that some kids who struggle with ADHD and ADD have issues going to sleep.

They can't wind down. Their little brains don't slow down or stop or rest. They're just

constantly processing information all the time. So that's been an issue lately

because you know of course over Christmas

was no big deal but now we're back into a routine it's very hard for her to go to sleep

before 11 o'clock. She's constantly coming out of her room and yes we've tried

melatonin and no it does not work on her she doesn't even flinch with melatonin I'll go
