Hey friend, today I want to talk about something that I get a lot of questions about

and something that I've talked a little bit about on social media and that is my struggle

with cystic acne.

Cystic acne has not been the most fun and it's not been the most friendly thing in the

world to me.

But today on this episode I just want to share a little bit of this story behind when that

started to come up and what that is looks like and how I've kind of gone about handling

it and what I've done to help it.

I get a ton of questions on, has anything been helping you?

Has worked what hasn't worked and to be honest, I'm not in this place where I'm like,

yeah, it's completely conquered and I don't struggle with it anymore.

So for a little while I was kind of putting off this episode because I thought, well, I

need to completely solve the problem before I can talk about it.

But then I realized maybe that's not true because maybe it'll be more helpful for you to

feel like, okay, you're not in this alone and I'm still kind of climbing this mountain

with you if you have any struggle with this kind of thing.

But it also is just coming from a place of, I'm growing and I'm learning.

But I have found a few things and I've tried a lot of different things that have helped
