Hey, hey sister.

In today's episode, I want to really tackle this idea of feeling the need to do it all

and then maybe feeling like you're not doing it very well.

I want to talk a little bit more about balance and simplified living because I feel like

recently I've gotten a lot of questions from listeners and from readers.

We get those either commented on social media or sent in via email and a lot of them

sound something like this.

Where do we draw the line and does a line need to be drawn?

Is a wife and a student and a ministry leader and a smog your participant and someone trying

to prioritize exercise and rest and balance friendships and all these things?

How can I do it all well?

And what's the appropriate amount of healthy balance and how can I maintain?

I've been getting that question a lot and as much as I would love to say, hey sister,

I can totally speak into that and I have all the answers.

I don't.

I definitely could a little bit.

But I thought it would be a really great opportunity to bring my friend Ali into the picture.
