When I hit perimenopause, I couldn't stand to see a full body picture of myself.

It was like, delete, delete, delete.

Here I was a celebrity fitness trainer, and I had no idea what was going on with my body.

I even started dressing different, kind of to camouflage what was going on with my body.

I felt uncomfortable with my own skin, my face was round, my body did not feel like my own.

I didn't feel like myself and I wasn't acting like myself. I was almost embarrassed to have my husband touch my skin. My skin was dry,

stay asleep. I would catch a glimpse of myself walking past a mirror and I'd be like, who is that?
