0:10.0	I'm 1-11. Tiffany, welcome to the program. Hi, Dr. Laura. Hi. What's happening?
0:20.0	Well, I am 43 years old. I think I've been knowing about you ever since I was 12 years old.
0:28.0	I read your book, since stupid things women do to mess up their lives when I was about 15 and that's where I wasn't going to be one of those women and it worked out.
0:40.0	Excellent. That's the age of women ought to read it. Yeah.
0:44.0	Okay. I've been married with my husband for 14 years going on 15 and this is both our first marriage.
0:54.0	We do not have kids and I'm at a crossroads right now kind of in my career.
1:03.0	So I'm a high school teacher for 18 years and I'm in a failing high school.
1:12.0	So this is a give you a little background. We've had in the past five years we've had four principles.
1:20.0	Every one of them was fired.
1:23.0	It's school year. I had to take a medical leave because of anxiety and depression.
1:31.0	And I have the opportunity now to go to a better high school and teach in our area and I'm kind of flip-flopping.
1:45.0	It's like I don't want to leave the students that I teach just because they have nothing in their lives.
1:54.0	I live in a community where gun violence is very rampant and I guess I feel like I'm trying to save them.
2:05.0	Now I know reality is I can't. You know they have to save themselves and my husband says I'm in a bad relationship with my work and I need to break up.
2:15.0	And so it caused us to really argue a lot and he gave me the ultimate of either I change where I work or he was going to distance himself from the relationship.
2:28.0	I have a couple of questions.
2:41.0	The anxiety and depression is that from your work, your marriage or both. What is that from?
2:50.0	It was from work. And what about work? Are you responding to with anxiety and depression?
3:00.0	So on a daily basis, not only did we have to watch, I had to watch all of my seven classes.
3:09.0	But also at the same time I had to, I'm going to say, baby, because you can't teach all your kids about seven other teachers classes at the same time as watching mine because there were no teachers.
3:24.0	Has that changed? I know how else to get your attention. Has that changed and has the anxiety and depression subsided?
