about devaluing today. But before we get to that, life is hard right now. I'm going

it kind of expresses how I'm feeling. I believe in God and I want to praise

him and I want to thank him for everything that he's given me in spite of the

fact that I feel abandoned right now. Yet I can also see all of the blessings, so

many blessings that he's given me. So I just want to get a shout out to my

family father and thank him for being with me even if I can't feel it. And I

also want to give a shout out to all of our members of betrayal trauma recovery

group. We love you. Being in this group is amazing. We had a coaching meeting

where the coaches were talking about some of the quote-unquote problems that

that we're having. And one of them was that women are doing their laundry during

group and they're doing the dishes and they're cleaning their homes and the

solution was let's just ask the members of the group to turn off their

video, you know, when they're moving around a lot so that it doesn't distract

from the meeting, which is a good idea. But I told the coaches like what a good

problem to have that women can come into our daily online group and and do

stuff like laundry. Do the things like the dishes like because we are women and

we know what it's like. We're moms. We have been through this in this mom

situation. We built this group like this on purpose so that you don't have to
